Before our technicians arrive, please move all small items of furniture off of the carpeted areas to be cleaned (i.e. ottomans, dining chairs, magazine racks, baskets, etc.).
Give the carpet a thorough vacuuming and pick up any unusual accumulation of debris on the carpet (papers, coins, gum wrappers, children's toys, etc.).
We love children and pets, however, because we are working with machinery, we ask that you keep children and pets away from the immediate area of operation.
Please have the parking area closest to the front door available for our van. We will also need access to your outside water faucet.

Please use the stickers we provide to note any specific spots or stains on your carpet or upholstery. Just prior to your scheduled appointment place the stickers on any areas that you are concerned about, so our technicians can address these specific areas with you.
After Cleaning Guidelines
Please minimize traffic on the carpet, and remember, walking from a damp carpet onto a hard surface can be slippery. You may want to place mats in these areas.
Your carpet has been protected with tabs and/or blocks underneath the legs of wood or metal furniture. Please do not remove these items for 24 hours.
The amount of time your carpet takes to dry depends on several things within your indoor environment: such as humidity, air movement, temperature, and the degree of soiling that was in your carpet. For fastest drying, follow these guidelines: keep the indoor temperature at about 70 degrees and open a window about 2 inches at each end of the house to let the moisture out. Even if it is cold and rainy, transferring air to the outside will greatly reduce drying time if the house is warm.
Children and pets should be kept off freshly cleaned carpets.
If you have carpet protection re-applied, please allow 24 hours of cure time prior to any heavy usage of the carpet.
